Good all the time...
I had a problem after I had a repair done at 5-Star. They immediately looked at my vehicle (with no appointment), found that the problem was a defective part and had a replacement part there within 20 minutes…all at no cost to me. Any repair shop is good when things go right…but this one is good ALL THE TIME.

Thanks so much for taking the time to focus on our car Friday. Since we were from out of town, we were uncertain as to whether we get the car repaired and get back to New York during the weekend. But, after giving it some thought and after you so graciously drove us to I95 and Route 198 (and then waited another 45 minutes for us to be picked up) we knew we wanted you to finish the job. Even though it was a difficult time, you made it better.
